bitcomet speed
i just noticed that when i put limit to the upload speed, the download speed got reduced as well 
i.e. i set the upload to 10 kb/s, the download only got around 15 kb/s
and when i turned off the limiter, the upload went to 40-ish kb/s, and the download went to 40-ish kb/s as well
but sometimes the upload speed got higher than the download -.-;
