Muslim world celebrates start of Ramadan

yup, it’s that time again ^^
fasting month began yesterday in Indonesia
unfortunately, my period also started yesterday ^^;; so i guess i won’t be able to join Idul Fitri pray, coz it’s gonna be the period time again -_-; oh well…
during fasting month, the office hours is shortened, from 8 am to 4.30 pm

hmm i’ve been feeling unwell this week x_x; i hope i’ll get better by the time i start fasting next week

i went to Japan-Indonesia Matsuri last Sunday with sister
the event was held in The Sultan Hotel (ex-Hilton Hotel)
it felt like a private garden party
not many people came, it was so different from last year, the promotion wasn’t wide spread
i knew about this event from my Japanese coworker who showed me the advertising in Jakarta Shimbun newspaper
usually i got info about this kinda event from otaku-related milist, but i didn’t get much result even by searching on google blogsearch and technorati
maybe, just maybe, the organizer was expecting more Japanese to come, rather than Indonesian people that’s why they put a big advertising on Japanese newspaper

i was bored there and didn’t wait till bon odori :p

i’m into hikki (utada hikaru) again, specially her earlier albums, like first love, distance, deep river
omg i first listened to first love when i was in high school, that’s like… 10 years ago!
i bought several of her early albums (i didn’t know internet that time XD)
hmm it brings back memories… i even still remember some of the lyrics
