hmmh i miss her manga…
it’s been a while since Mekakushi no Kuni (beyond the blindfold) ends
last night i tried searching for other manga work of her
and yay! dragonvoice is scanlating Penguin Kakumei (Penguin Revolution)
sweet-lunacy also did some one-shots of her, like Past Day Present
wew i read them up until 3 am *satisfied*

umm… Tsukuba Sakura writes all the sweet sweet sweet things about love and life of the nicest ordinary people
it’s really girly if i may say, so it’s so not suitable for boys who prefer action manga

Penguin Kakumei (Penguin Revolution)
Penguin Kakumei (Penguin Revolution) is a story about the struggling to be an idol (in Japan of course). The main heroin, Yukari (Yutaka as a boy), works as artist manager of Ryou (Ryouko as a girl). Ryou is a penguin-class idol in Peacock (boys talent) company, he’s struggling to be no. 1 Peacock. Yukari has the ability to see star-aura of artists, thus she can identify artists/stars even if they’re in disguise (the policy of Peacock company strictly ordered their artists to disguise as normal people in their daily life).

For some reason, Yukari has to live with Ryou, who has been living with Ayaori (Aya), the no. 1 Peacock. Their weird boss, told Yukari to disguise as a boy, while Ryou has been in disguise as a girl.

This manga is full of humor, Tsukuba Sakura has such a wit!
gosh i just love the way she draws those lovely smiles!
unfortunately, no pet here T^T i wished for a little Maruta though

at first i thought the idol theme was cheesy, but then after few chapters, it’s not so bad afterall, i’d take any theme came out by her hands! XD
but just a little, it …mm what do you call it… resembles Hana-Kimi (Hanazakari no Kimitachi e / For You In A Full Blossom) by …omg i forgot…

another boring Saturday, nothing interesting to do, perhaps it’s my official boring day… (but then, i’ve always been bored in any day of the week)

i wanted to leech some manga, which i haven’t done in quite a while
but i was fed up with typical shoujo manga and action shounen manga, and couldn’t decide what to read
then i tried to remember my favourite scanlation group in the past…
kotonoha came right through my mind, and how i’ve always liked their unique releases
perfect illusions was another choice, unfortunately i’ve read all their releases that i thought were nice
luckily, kotonoha has some new one-shot releases
ah one-shots are too short i ran out of stuff to read again, and please no real paper books ;p

then… i ran to google to find some nice articles

pros: fast surfing (even faster than firefox?), low memory usage (below 10mb!)
cons: no frame options (like “show only this frame”, or “open frame in new tab”, etc.), no close button in each tab (ctrl+w can do it though)

omg this is funny >.< my internet was just shut down from the server and i had to beg to be allowed to connect again

here's the story...
aside from broadband connection at work, i connect to internet by joining a netcafe LAN near my dorm, it's using cable internet with decent speed >D fufufu~
the owner told me NOT TO LEECH during the netcafe working hours, coz the customers might be disturbed, so basically i’m ALLOWED ONLY TO SURF or do stuffs with minimum bandwith usage. but this me, the bandwith sucker just couldn’t help it XD
for the sake of 15-20 kbps leeching speed, i shamelessly abandoned the rules by leeching non stop whenever there’s a chance to
bittorent and flashget have been very helpful in the process XD

just now, i was leeching Kelly Clarkson’s Breakaway album on bittorent with max speed. i DID realize the impact, coz i couldn’t surf even a page on my browser. but hey, the faster it leech, the faster it’ll finish leeching, right?
so i left BT leeching happily, while i ate instant noodle not far from pc
when i finish eating… i noticed that there was no data transfer at all!
i tried to ping the server but no result, my LAN card is perfect! and there was only one thing on my mind… i was shut off! banned! punished!
:(

so i rushed to the netcafe which is only few meters away from my dorm
i told the netcafe owner that my internet was down for no reason, then he stared at me sinically XD and told me that the connector on the hub might be lose (duh)
i knew he did it, and yes i deserved it XD
ok anyway, he told me to install bandwith limiter on my pc, and set it to max 5 kbps… hiks
5 ? dude… you gotta be joking right…
that’s like a lame dial up on its best which is still lame for me

huuuh but i have no choice, 5 kbps or 0 kbps >.<
